AVAILABILTIY

TimeInGold.com has most products in stock, ready to ship within 1-2 business days. If an item is out of stock you will be notified by email or telephone with an estimated time frame of when it will be ready to ship.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation. Your credit card will only be charged once the order has shipped. You will receive a confirmation by email stating that the order has shipped with the tracking number. You will not be charged for backordered items until it has been shipped.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

TimeInGold.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All information is totally secure. For your convenience we also offer you to use your PayPal account and Google Checkout.

SALES TAX

Sales tax is only collected from New Jersey residents. Orders shipped outside New Jersey are exempt from Sales tax. The New Jersey tax rate is 7%.

SHIPPING

Free 2nd Day Shipping on all orders above $500. All orders over $500 are shipped via Fedex Priority Overnight, Fedex Next Day, or Fedex 2nd Day. Orders below $500 can be shipped via UPS Ground. Direct Signature Required on all shipments.

WATCH SIZING

TimeInGold.com will custom size your watch to fit your wrist free of charge. However shipping charges will apply. Contact us for exact instructions how to measure your wrist. Once your watch is sized it is a final sale and can't be returned.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns on all our jewelry within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be in brand new condition with all tags attached and must be in original box. On Pocket Watches the protective plastic cannot be removed. We will not be able to accept returns on anything worn, damaged or scratched. All returns must have a RA# (return authorization number). Please contact our office prior to return for a RA# and exact shipping instructions. Merchandise without a RA# on outside box will be refused. Returns will be credited in full minus the shipping charges. In the event that order qualified for free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from credit. Credit will be issued in the same form as payment was received within 7 business days of date merchandise was received back in our office. Return shipments must be prepaid and fully insured for the total cost of the item. Items that are custom made or sized cannot be returned or exchanged.

WARRANTY

All watches have a limited 2 year manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not cover the replacement or repair of cases, watch bracelets, straps or crystals. This limited warranty is automatically void if watch has been found to be subject to abuse, neglect or tampering. A shipping & handling fee of $15 will be charged to the customer.
